These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DPRT, a travel itinerary application operated by NVWL LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a Nebraska limited liability company. By using DPRT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DPRT. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You may use DPRT without an account (free tier, up to 2 itineraries stored locally). To sync your data across devices and access DPRT First features, you must create an account using your email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
DPRT First is a paid subscription tier that provides access to additional features including cloud sync, itinerary sharing, PDF export, and calendar export. DPRT First is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
Billing. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You authorise us (via RevenueCat and Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to DPRT First features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. EU and UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights within 14 days of initial purchase — contact compliance@nvwl.app to exercise these rights.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. Early adopter pricing, where offered, is grandfathered for the duration of an uninterrupted active subscription.
Free tier limits. Free accounts may store up to 2 itineraries. We reserve the right to adjust tier limits with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use DPRT to:
You retain ownership of all trip data, notes, and other content you create in DPRT ("Your Content"). By using DPRT, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating DPRT.
You are responsible for Your Content. We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any itinerary you create.
When you enable sharing for an itinerary, a read-only version becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for deciding what to share and with whom. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from shared content. You may disable sharing at any time, which revokes link access immediately.
DPRT, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by NVWL LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The DPRT name, NVWL name, and associated logos are trademarks of NVWL LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.
DPRT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
DPRT is a planning tool. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of timezone data, flight schedules, or any other information displayed in the application. Always verify critical travel information with official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NVWL LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DPRT, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of DPRT will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NVWL LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of DPRT, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DPRT at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using DPRT at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DPRT will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of DPRT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
