Your first trip, in five steps. Everything else can wait.
DPRT lays your trip on a timeline, with every event at its real local time — so a flight that crosses timezones shows the correct time at both ends, without you doing any mental arithmetic.
Enter your email and tap Send Code. A 6-digit code arrives by email — type it in and you're through. No password to create, no link to chase.
An account is required to create a trip, and it's what keeps your trips synced across your devices.
Give it a name and a start and end date, then tap Depart. Your planner opens on the first day.
Free accounts can keep 2 trips at a time.
Tap any time slot, then pick Travel → Flight. In the From and To fields, type the airport code — LHR, ORD, NRT — and pick it from the suggestions.
Do this before anything else. Once DPRT knows your flights, it knows which timezone applies on which day, and every event you add afterwards defaults to the right one automatically.
Tap a time slot, choose a category, then a subtype — hotel, dinner, museum, transit, and plenty more. Set the time and location and you're done.
Drag any event to a different time slot to reschedule it. Tap one to see full details, add a note, duplicate it, or move it to another day.
Open the menu → Share → Share link. Anyone you send it to can open it in a browser — no account, no app install. It stays live, so they always see your latest version.
Your private event notes are never shown to anyone opening a shared link.
If your flight crosses timezones, you'll see it appear on two day tabs — once where it departs, and again as a thin dashed marker on the day you land, showing your arrival in local time. That's intentional, and it's the thing DPRT is built to get right.
That's everything you need to plan a trip. The full guide covers the rest — weather, Pack List, PDF and calendar export, timezone details, and DPRT First.
